Ryan Skukowski

Ryan Skukowski is a policy analyst at Propel where he analyzes survey data from app users and tracks updates to public benefits policy. Prior to Propel, Ryan served as broadband policy director for Benefits Data Trust and led compliance reviews of Lifeline and the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) for the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). He also served as a policy analyst for the U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce, advising members of Congress and their staff on issues related to telecommunications and consumer protection. Ryan lives in Washington, D.C., where he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from American University.
